Cindy Wilkins assumed the position of Toms Brook town clerk on July 1, 2024. After a 37-year career in teaching high school business, she retired in 2020. She then worked as a part-time teller at Truist bank for four years before accepting the town clerk position.
She attended James Madison University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in business education and a Master’s degree in Educational Supervision and Leadership. She resides in Woodstock and enjoys spending time with her family, including her grandson Jax.
